The following table describes the fields in the Instances by Case Definition interface in Case Instance Manager pages.

Option Description |

Status |
This column displays the current business status of the Case instance. |
Current Functional State |
The business status of Case can be part of the current functional state, which can also be a milestone, For example, a Case can be closed (completed), but the business status can be approved/rejected. |
Started On |
Displays the start day, date and time at which the Case instance was started. For example, Tuesday, November 11, 2008 3:48:33 PM |
Started By |
Displays the name of the Case worker who started the Case instance. For example, Luca Raggi. |
Acted On |
Displays the day, date, and time at which the Case instance was acted upon. For example, Tuesday, November 11, 2008 3:48:33 PM |
Acted By |
Displays the name of the Case worker who acted upon the Case instance. For example, Luca Raggi. |
Due On |
Displays the day, date, and time at which the Case instance is due to be closed. For example, Monday, November 14, 2008 3:48:33 PM. |

Select View Activity Details to view Case activity details. Refer to Case Activities Interface for more information on the type of information that you can view. |
View Case Data |
Select the View Case Data button to view the Case data. |
View Case Error |
Select the View Case Error button to view error for the Case instance when a Case instance is in 'Aborted' status. |
